I was promised that I will get 10 GB data free on MTS Mblaze Postpaid by Mr. Firoz Khan, MTS Kota. But the bill generated has no such free data and I was charged according to the plan. When I called him, he refuted his claim and threatened me to do whatever possible against him in an abusive language. Such employees were not expected from MTS who dupe their customers and use foul language. Highly disappointed by their services.
