I wanted to cancel my post paid connection with MTS and I have called customer care but of no avail. I have chatted with customer care on online chat but of no avail and I have email several times to customer care but of no avail. I don't understand the reason why there is no action from MTS regarding my complaint. Is this the way MTS deals with its customers. In the past I believed MTS is a company which provides services which had value for money and to some extent I feel the same now but the way they have ignored my requests does not speak well about them. If a company is not ready to accept cancellations then they are playing unfair. I have the right to go to TRAI and inform of any malpractices that they are doing. I would them recommend not to keep things hanging and expedite any requests that have been made.
