Mts — Fake calls

Respected Sir/Madam, I am from Kadapa District of Andhra Pradesh State, today i have received a call from the no.[protected], a lady told me that someone has filled a suit against me at Delhi court, i can not understand what is the matter then the lady gave me a no.[protected] named Vikram Rana.After that i came to know that i have a outstanding balance, so the company has filled a civil case in my name. But neither i have received any legal notice from court nor i have received any outstanding bill from MTS. So i just can't understand what is the matter of bothering someone in this way.
