I took postpaid WiFi data card from MTS and was informed that the plan will be 10GB per month for Rs 550 ( as committed by the card delivery boy and their retail store)and I paid an amount of Rs 1299 as the device cost on 12th June 2015. My physical verification was done by MTS team on the same day at my local address. But due to some internal delays within MTS officials my card was activated on 24th June. And when I got a call for activation I was informed that my plan which is activated is 6GB only for Rs 550 per moth. On complaining in their customer care and even writing them mails for complaint they have not taken any actions. I asked them to close my connection and refund my money which I paid for the device (Rs 1299) but they are not even bothered to listen. This is a serious problem which is being faced by customers as these companies are making fool of customers.
