Mts — Faulty device | |||||
I am dr. Divya ravindran.. Am an ayurveda doctor.. Am an mts data card customer.. My data card no is [protected].. Many of my friends have also took mts and using as per my opinion... Now i am facing a problem regarding my device and mts customer care teams response is so bad. Am calling to mts customer care regarding the device complaint since last 4days.. You can check it.. I got the connection problem on mts system update day and they told that prob is due to that and will be ok soon.. But it is not at all working.. Today mts executive told i have to get a new device paying almost 1000rs.. And only my balance amt vl be credited.. My warranty period jst finished.. If the device is getting damaged so early it clearly shows the bad quality of the device. I have jst rchrgd 18gb for 1599rs... If i have to take a new device i told them to credit new data balance also along with old one.. Or you reduce the amt for the duplicate device.. If i have to pay 1000rs i should get the new data balance also along with old data.. Do something on this.. Hope u will do the needful.. Was this information helpful? | |||||
