This is very unfair to deal with costomer . this is a examle how MTS company cheats with customers.
I baught a data card no. [protected] from MTS on 23 may 2015 from the date of purchage and activation I didnt able to connect my data card and didnt use it, when I comlaint several times to MTS customer care and mailed to MTS they didnt resolve my problem.
officialy MTS has written 15 days refund policy but they denie all the time to refund amount .
This comlaint is just aware all customers who want to use MTS data services.
this is my personal request to all please dont put your leng in a scame.
if MTS athorties hear me so be awake .

I m not happy to write you, this is very unfair to deal with customers .
I have brought MTS data card from MTS sales executive, data card no. [protected] on 23 may 2015. in 1300 rupees.
on 24 may i have receive confirmation for activation my data card,
from the date of activation I will not able to connect my device with wifi and when I complaint this matter to MTS customer care they didn’t file my complaint, after arguments they give me reff. No. may/14966 on 25 may but my complaint not resolved,
after that again I put complaint about connectivity and speed issue they do the same and reff no. is may/14966 30 may and again complaint no. may/18127 on 1st may, june/2678.
I have mailed to customer care appellate.[protected]@mtsindia.in and [protected]@mtsindia.in, Mr. upendra has given me copy paste answer according to him my complaint has resolve but no body will come to my home to look after sales services.
This is not acceptable and very disgusting to treat customer, MTS company just sale there product and making money .
At the time of sales, sales executive promises me about 9 mbps speed and after getting money your company disappear.
Please let me know in which guidelines MTS shows customer will responsible for all negligence by company.
Kindly take a serious action on MTS company employee who misguide and irresponsible behavior.
