In the midst of floods in chennai where every company is coming for help listen what MTS did with me. There was no network, I know its not MTS fault similarly its not mine fault too. I had around 10 gb of data left which I could not use. I emailed them on 5th dec stating the problem for which I got automated mail but nobody revert back. Again I emailed them still no response. So I decided to call them 7th dec I waited for arnd 10 mins after telling my problem she said can I place call on hold for 30 SECS and she didn't come back even after 3 mins and call got disconnected.I called them again on 8th and the representative said there is no resolution and case is closed. She was so dump she kept telling there is no such option I said her there will not be such option cuz these things doesn't happen everyday, so u can at least place on req she becomes arrogant and says no sir. So, I told her let me talk to your manager again that line 30 SECS (u guys should teach them to be more practical, even if they keep call on hold for 15 mins they will ask 30 secs) after that she says ok sir I will place request on high demand. She assured me that I will get resolution within 24 hours. But I reached saturation when I did not got any mail or email on 9th also. I had no other option I called them on again on 9th, this guy assured me that I will get call before 4 p.m on 9th and now I am writing this at 4.26 p.m but I haven't received a call, he even said me I[censored] miss a call they will call u thrice before closing the case.
