Mts — Harassing with email/message even after paid the dues after prepaid conversion | |||||
Dear team, I had used MTS dongle '[protected]', i had pathetic service from MTS which doesn't provide signal or speed @ home, i have launched multiple complaints, but no action from MTS. Hence i have converted to Prepaid due to bad services from MTS and to save the investment cost of dongle. I had paid all the outstanding @ MTS store in Tambaram west and got converted to pre-paid on 30/5/2015. After almost year(from 2016), MTS started claiming i have dues which i need to pay and the bill generated after i converted to prepaid...! Why i'm held liable for even after i paid my outstanding in their store. Now they are sending email and sms on daily basis with legal notice number 403, 405, 406 under section 420 IPC.. I sent mail with the bill copy and the ticket numbers why they failed to provide service and the converted dates... No one bothers to provide service for the money paid to them. Please help me in stop harassing me with repeated mails/messages. I'm ready to submit the bill copy and the ticket history and the useless MTS dongle. I know i'm not the first affect person, but not sure who is going to punish MTS for the bad service... and sucking public money without providing good service! Was this information helpful? | |||||
