MTS service is bad, when you approach the customer support they promise to solve it but doesn't do so. Eventually you end up paying the monthly rentals on postpaid connection and if you don't, they try harass you by threatening to file legal against you. I have spoken and written several times, paid my last dues, but the connection was not disconnected at any cost. Basically MTS does not want to loose customers. They do it so that by collecting monthly rentals they can grow themselves and earn profit while not providing support.
