Mts — I apologize but customer care service seems not adequate

How the customer care service could say "please try with this solution and call again because there are other customers on line that ask our support?"
The customer care service told me that if was not possible to solve the issue, another team will contact me in 2 hours (??).
I apologize but this is the first time that one customer service make me feeling not satisfied. Normally when you contact a customer service you feel that someone want to support you. It doesn't help that some tell you "sure I'll support you" end of every sentence.
