Am regular user of mblaze with postpaid connection ([protected]). And using mts services from last 5 years. But from last three weeks my internet is not working. I have complained 3 times over internet & through call, but no action has been taken yet. They have just given false promises that an engineer will call you but none of then approached me.
Am business guy, this really sucks.

I haven't heard anything from MTS yet. I have called their support but they are not ready to act upon my problem. By giving silly reasons they cut my call.
I have discussed 3 minute with support to make them understandable about my problem. But when its out of their head then they just cut the call by giving network problem issue.
If MTS records an call then they can check my conversation with your support team. I Called on 24th May 2016 at 11:53 AM with number +[protected]**.
Am expecting some positive response from MTS to take necessary action on my problem & to your support for their misbehavior with customers.
