MY MTS MBLAZE no - [protected] MY internet not working from 1 month and when I call customer care they ask me to wait for 3 weeks One month ago. Now again when I called i was told to wait for 5 weeks. IN the meanwhile they are calling me and speaking very rudely to pay the bill for this period where i did not get any service from their end.
Can I be helped using your platform to resolve my problem.
