First of all there are some illiterate executives are working there. I got the bill of 716 rs. which is 100 rs more then my normal 615 rs. When i asked them reason about it they told me that some king of activation is activated by me . So i asked them about that activation scheme which i activated as they told me which i completely not knowing, their ans is it is activated by at my home so i asked them one more time from where there should be some button on site or some kind of information that i have activated this particular service, but they told me that they can't give me information about service activated and put me on hold for like 20 min by saying will connect you in 30 sec. So please take some action about this frauds.
