Hi,

This is regarding Account with MTS, every other day we are receiving emails from MS regarding the payment. However, we had already made the full and final payment & asked to close this account in June 2015.

We have provided them the payment proof as well, still they send us Bill & Legal Notice every Month.

having the same issue with MTS, i have e-mail stating it would be disconnected after payment, but even after acknowledging the payment they have not disconnected and again have sent a bill. please assist.

Same with me and now they sent me legal notice asking me to attend in court on 29th Dec.

Please call me at [protected], I think we need to make noise about it.
