Mts — Low speed issues, from the day i bought MTS | |||
Hi everyone, I bought my MTS data card ultra wifi 9.1 mbps speed, I am post paid customer. I was really very much frustrated by their service from the day one i was facing the speed issues problem. Several times i made a complaint issues but no proper response from MTS team. i had visited directly to the office "Sistema Shyam Teleservices Ltd in Ambattur, chennai" more than three times even though no responses from. I will get a call only at month end to pay the bill. I had many times argued with them to " rectify my speed issues, otherwise i wont pay the bill until i get the proper service". team just started replying" ok its your wish but you will be get fine, at the day end you have to pay the bill with fine". I really frustrated about this MTS. I request everybody don't get attracted to high speed and unlimited plans offer provided by MTS. Don't waste your the money.
