[Resolved] Mts Mblaze Ultra — Disconnected or barred my connection and not enabling back even after several complaints | |||
My MTS connection got barred from June 22nd. I called MTS customer care every day from 23rd to till date and they raised several tickets, forwards to my mobile number by SMS and still the issue is not resolved. Whenever I call them, I have to wait for 1min and they says that the issue is forwarded to backend team. But the backend team never responded or enabled my connection back. Once when I called customer care, the person handed over to escalating team. He said this needs to be escalated to financial team as barred because of not paying the bill. But they found that I paid bill in proper time and got reflected in their database. But they didn't enable back my connection. Simply I'm paying my monthly bill without no Internet connection.There is no contact between customer care of MTS and MTS backend team or financial team. The backend team never see the tickets. They no only to close it without rectifying.This is the worst experience I ever had. Next bill cycle is about to reach and now how can I pay next bill without activating my dongle? They will force me to pay. But no connection and they never enable back. I'm planning to throw this dongle. This is how MTS will loose customers. How can I get the contact of authorised person of MTS? Customer care donot have any contact with them. Was this information helpful? | |||
