Mts — MBLAZE/Speed Issue/Bad Services/Unethical Behaviour of Customer Care

I have been using MTS Mblaze Dongle from last 6months approximately and i have filled my complains around 20 times in these months still i dont listen anything from them not a permanent solution from there side. They say 7MBPS speed as their services but not a single time its been upto 7mbps speed they lie, they fake about there services, a month back what they provide me a solution that High usage is being done in my area sorry we cant provide you good speed then i asked him when you will solve this he replied don't know sorry sir. Today 17th october 2015 i again filled my complaint the consumer help line number from which they called me was[protected] the man who called me without solving my speed issue he ended my call saying call us again. Please take some actions against this company and their consumer helpline and I want to return their product and want my money back, as a proof i am attaching screenshots(images) of speed i am getting and available high speed balance.
