MTS Mobile — MTS in not ready to activate my New Datacard

Hi,
I bought an MTS Wifi datacard a Month ago. But the Sales executive is not ready to activate my datacard. They got 1000 Rs/- for that card and still they are making me to wait. After a continuous follow up. The sales executive is telling that the datacard which he has provided me got expired. So he will provide me a new card. Still they are not ready to provide me a new one. I spoked to the Manager of that Sales executive, Customer care executive, Sent mails to Nodal and Appellate authority team. But no one is ready to interfere in this issue. Facing a Worst response from Customer care and Escalation desk team members…
