Gave a cancelation request on 24th of july and it was cancelled on the same on 26th of july.. called to the customer care for outanding cleareance . As per the customer care agent they said that the amt is 1645rs after spending 45 min on call they gave me the info .. i would like to specify one thing here i given a wrong amt to pay which is lesser the amt which i paid. and after that i asked the customer care manager to take my call and Mr. Rakesh as he introduced him as a manager gave a outcall and requested me to make the payment of 1645rs . now you guys let me know what is the customer mistake in this . as they gave the info i paid .. now the i got mail from the appellet athority stating i need to make the payment of 100rs extra to get the NOC letter. And i have raised 2 request one is for cancelation for the present 2g connection and asked for 3g upgradation for the same connection they promised that they ill give but No response.. for collecting payment and all they used to torture us like any thing for providing the connection they are delaying ... Just See the mail which i am posting below this mail ...

Thank you for the information on outstanding amt and cancellation, You guys are helpful and user friendly. .. You guys have mentioned that outstanding is Rs.1, 616.00/- (approx), i have made the payment of 1645rs as per the customer care people ... So request you guys to send the NOC Letter to my Email id . and One more thing i got a call from from the retention dept regarding the up gradation of my connection .. they promised for the 599(10GB/3G) Plan and Pug & Play Device of 499rs on return of my present 2G device. I have request them to call me on august 1st and 2nd but no 1 had called me .. Request you guys to take my up Gradation request on a high priority and do the need full on the same ...

You have expressed your concern in the email dated Mon, 03rd August '2015 regarding postpaid MTS number [protected] about bill, we would like to inform you that the bill generated for bill period 01/07/2015 - 26/07/2015 is of Rs.1745.00 however, we have received the payment of Rs.1645 only on 02.08.2015 hence, the bill of Rs.100 is still due for payment and we would request you to pay the same.
We would request you to pay the bill of Rs.100 and write us back so that we could provide you the NOC letter for your reference.
