I was using an MTS Mblaze connection ([protected]). The device stopped working on 25 December 2014 midnight and I had lodged a complaint for the same. In response to this call, they called me back on 16 January 2015 to enquire if its ok. (Pathetic customer care took more than 20 days to followup with a complaint). I told to the customer care executive that I dont want your service anymore as the device was working and they failed to find a solution. 25 December 2014 was the last date o[censored]sage as the device was dead.
Later I got a Notice from MTS saying they are going to file a complaint against me in court if I dont pay their bills for the months of December and January.
I went to their MTS Store, Attakulangara, Trivandrum, and negotiated to pay the bill for December month and refused to pay the bill amount for January as the device was dead by December itself. They agreed and cancelled my connection.
Now, on 09/13/2016, I got a message that I have Rs, 1124 pending payment for my MTS number and it has a advocates number in it([protected]). When I called her to clear the issue, she was adamant about the payment and started abusing me using foul words like Bastard, Dog, Stupid etc.
I dont know how long MTS will keep hunting me for their pathetic services provided. I am not ready to pay the bill and I want justice. Was this information helpful? |
