I got my dongle in end of nov 2015 and it was some what working. Later on in december, i raised a complaint saying that the internet connection is not working. Due to heavy rains in chennai, i was unable to follow up with the complaint.
Even without resolving the issues i was still paying the bill 3 - 4 months and i was raising so many tickets to resolve the issue, i. E., internet is not working at all. So i asked them to resolve the issue and then i will pay the bill. For which they have not reverted till now but they are asking to pay 1367 and sending me many messages.
