My account was activated on 8th or 9th Jan 2015 but the device never got connected. I called MTS customer care and they asked me to visit the nearest office to upgrade the software, this is so bad as they cannot give the update patch online. Anyways I have asked them to cancel the services by calling customer service, I was told that I will receive call from MTS customer care about this. I have never received one from MTS and I visited the nearby office 2 times, i have got the same response. But during my last visit to the nearest customer care office, I was told that I have to use the connection for atleast 3 months to cancel it, this is somehting not acceptable. All i have got now is bill for Jan'15 for the device that is not working from day 1. Anyways, I am ready to clear the due upon getting the confirmation from MTS. Was this information helpful? |
