Mts — MTS Data card: cancellation delay | |||||
I given complaint regarding to stop my MTS data card services.they accepted on april 4th and they were not taken any action on that.now i have used single KB data but they charging 1100 aprox.i asked the store guy he saying that we have did it .but you have to pay the bill and you have to request customer care to close the issue.he is having all the details of my mobile and address and he is not at all informed and now he is saying you have to pay the bill.other wise MTS will take action legally.i dont know why it is.now i need to pay almost 1100 rupees by the negligence of store people and MTS service providers.the worst service i ever had is it possible to take an action on these people??
