Mts — MTS Data Card is not working and customer support reached the limit of Illiteracy

Hello All,
My name is Rahul Gupta and I would like to complain about My Postpaid MTS WiFi Datacard connection with MDN Number [protected]. When I purchased this connection I was told that its a 9.1 MBPS Connection and it will work atleast at the speed of 5 to 7 MBPS and I can Connect upto 5 Devices on this connection BUT as soon as I started using this connection it is giving the worst speed of 0.07 MBPS (41 Bits per Second) which is totally unacceptable ( Please Look at the Attached ScreenShot of SpeedTest.Net ) I also launched several complaint regarding that ( Latest Complaint Number : OCT/2165 ) but as usual they are closing my complaint without resolving the issue which is totally unethical. They are neither responding on their social media regarding this issue. They also changed my DataPlan to 40 GB at Rs. 1399 which in total costs me Rs. 1595 and there is no Possible way that I can consume 40 GB Data at 0.07 MBPS Speed. When I pointed this issue to MTS Customer Care team and they started harassing me. I Request you to take necessary action against MTS for this illiterate approach.
