Mts — MTS Data card never worked and Customer Care never attended me properly | |||||
This is in regards to my complain number which was created only after two days of my complain. I had recharged my MTS Data card on 10th of OCT after which I never got my speed and I have called MTS everyday 3 times or more than that.Initially everybdy assured me for a call back and nobody called me.When I wanted to escalate they created a complain number for me which OCT/2499 and said the resolver team will be calling me back and they did call me but did not help. and after which nobody called me and this is the third day and I am still waiting.This is the worst customer care service I have ever seen in my life. They are least bothered about the customer's issue.And i dont want their assistance because I want my Money back which is 999. Was this information helpful? | |||||
