I made a complaint to mts customer care couple of times through mails and calls that i am facing a severe network issue in my mts wifi 3gdata card.
The issue i am facing since last 2 weeks only at evening time after 8pm onwards around every day and there is no such issue in day time. I can able to see the live videos in daytime. At night time the speed comes down to 200kbps - 300kbps where is it should be more than around 900kbps.
Every time i am getting a call from technical team that they are checking the issue remotely from their end and saying there is no issue in network and everything is perfect so closing the complaint even though i have shared the screenshot evidence of the speed after speed testing.
I have mailed to all of the mts department and the escalation matrix but no luck. I am really getting annoyed by seeing this customer service and false statement. They promise fake commitment at the time of purchase.
They are cheating with me now and seems that this issue will never be solved.
