I am having a MTS post paid number : [protected]
This is pavan yakkala, I put a request for the speed issue with MTS Data card, but customer care told MTS can’t provide service to my area as it is remote location. Hence it was agreed with MTS that MTS will refund the amount back.
I have made several calls to customer care(literally I begged) and even got feedback that I need clear the outstanding due of 835.00 as I make use of 1.4 GB (I was not informed with this condition or policy while taking the connection),
Finally, I have cleared it . I requested MTS to please process refund request for the device.
My concern is, i have got the worst customer care and service experience.
