Mts — MTS disconnection agreement breached ([protected])
I had been using an MTS datacard ([protected]) last year for which I had raised a complaint for low internet speed As the issue had not been resolved, I stopped using the card. On 29th Dec 2014, I was asked by the MTS call center person to make a full and final payment of Rs.572 along with a written request for disconnection which I gave to the person who collected the cheque. After collecting the payment, MTS has again raised another mail asking for further payment to disconnect the datacard (one on which they never resolved my complaint and hadn't been used for 4 months). Now they have sent a mail as legal notice to make payment without still specifying whether the datacrad will be disconnected. Note: Well, the irony here is that MTS is asking me to make payment on a datacard with a dataplan of Rs.200 per month while I had replaced that card with their WiFi model which has a data plan of Rs.1000+. So, if I am forced to use that card again, I will disconnect their Rs.1000 dataplan to use their Rs.200 dataplan. Was this information helpful?
