MTS has been a criminal; it does not attend service calls properly Gives a poor network in Delhi When i call them their customer support says you are in high usage are so network is slow and poor and shameless MTS executives deny the complaint. When you ask them to shift to lower usage and they deny it saying go to service station and reject the complaint; i am extremely unhappy with service and poor quality of MTS in gurgaon and Delhi and do not suggest anyone to take MTS and suggest that wired broadband is always better that dongle; The dongle providers like MTS only cheat and mint money from customers.
