Their customer care does not even know what the word polite means. Poor service.
MTS provides pooor services always.. Such service providers should be banned in India. Please do some thing to stop these cheatings...
MTS is always known for poor services, as just expected. We knew they are inability to provide good services in terms of internet data. At least they should train their customer care executive in proper way. How to talk or behave with customer when calling them for asking queries. What are principle they should keep up while talking to the end customer. When I was on call with the customer care executive, It felt that i was in the Fish Bargain market and bargaining for something. I was really frustrated with the support we received from the customer care executive. No other words to describe it had enough with them. Hope the concern team will take proper action to rectify this problem in the future to have good experience with MTS.
MTS provides always poor services .They are cheating customers. I have payed 2 years without any delay. Last December 2015 i was unable to pay due because of MTS didv't provide network. they disconnected & ask me to pay the due. MTS is having having 3rd party to collect the bill. they ask me to some amount & i paid immediately. 2 days later again i am getting message you have to pay MTS bill. When i called to customer services they are telling that they are separate team, we don't know you have to pay bill. This is how MTS customer services cheating their customers.
