Hi, I am not using MTS data card for atleast last 6 months dure to poor connectivity and most of the time no connection. I called customer care many and many times for de-activation. But it was not de-activated. And MTS is asking for payment. There was several emails I sent to customer care. but no-one read the email. Always they reply a copy paste sentence without reading the email. Can you tell me If you do not de-activate the connection instead of telling how come you can ask for payment.? ANd now they sent a legal notification. Isn't it cheating.?
Please give me the higher escalation point. I will forward all emails and you can see how poor it is.
I look for you assistance to come out of such cheaters.
