I am a postpaid customer of MTS MBLAZE for over an year. My number is [protected]. The plan is 999 unlimited which offered 40 GB of data for one month. It was in splits of 20 GB for day and night respectively. The offered bandwidth was 9 Mbps. After utilizing 40 GB, the bandwidth would drop to 1Mbps and no further charges would be applicable.
I got 4 Mbps for the first two months. After that it dropped and the connection became inconsistent. The 40 GB data was cut down to 30 GB in 15 GB splits without any intimation as well. I never got above 1Mbps from that point on wards. Every time I contact the customer care number, they ask me to reset the device. There wont be any change and they would record a complaint, only to send an sms on my registered mobile number that the complaint has been resolved. This happens at least five times a month and I am fed up with calling the customer care.
It takes more than 4 hours to download a 200MB file, It is practically impossible to use up at least 500MB daily at this speed. Still, 30GB data finishes within 15 days and I am forced to buy the add on packs. I seriously doubt there is flaws in the billing as well.
I am now at the stage where 14GB is left and even the speedtest.net page wont load properly. This is serious cheating. I have had enough talking and heard enough explanations. I need the issues mentioned above resolved within this billing cycle. Or else, I am going to file a petition in consumer court with all the available evidence I have.
