MTS promised me a good speed of min 2mbps during purchase of data card. In reality I get only 0.5 Mbps where the MTS field engineer also confirmed that poor coverage in our area. Now customer care is telling they can't take back the data card and refund the amount as it has been consumed some usage already. My data card no is [protected]. Request you to please help me with the return of the data card and refund.
