I was using the MTS WiFi MBlaze connection [protected].
The device had some connection issues since January 2014 and I had called the MTS customer care and logged a complaint. HOWEVER, THOUGH THE DEVICE WAS NOT WORKING, I MADE THE MONTHLY CHARGES OF 860/-.
One guy from MTS came to my residence in Kodigehalli (KR Puram) to analyse the issue and confirmed that the device is NOT working. He immediately mailed to the concerned MTS department requesting for a replacement device. However I did NOT receive the new device. Later, everyday, there are atleast three calls MTS teams nagging for the monthly charges (for two months). The worst thing is - I have to explain the problem to each one of them, that I am waiting for the device to be replaced. I fail to understand how come they are not maintaining the customer issues for tracking purpose. Upon it, now I am getting SMS from MTS team that they will take legal action because of non payment.
I will appreciate if MTS can please look into this and resolve at the earliest. Was this information helpful? |
