Dear Team,
This complain i am registering against MTS, company is continuous harassing me for NON payment of bill which i have already submitted to them but they prepared new bill and harassing again and again.
I had taken a postpaid internet connection No:[protected] and due to poor service we discontinued the service but after some time we got bill from their side stating that you have dues, their customer care executive (pooja: contact:[protected]) called us and asked to submit dues before 31 august 2015 and she stated that "please pay remaining Rs.1532 for full and final settlement we also received an email from "nalini.[protected]@mtslive.in"
to settle account.
After that we had submitted the payment and send an email to MTS stating the same but again after some days we got ebill stating we have dues against which i contacted MTS customer care and they replied we will look into this matter and you don't have to worry and i also send an email stating
that connection was discontinued and we paid the dues to their email address "Inderdeep Singh, "nalini.kanakam" " but we got no reply from them.
Today I got an email stating legal notice from "Ranvir vats" stating we had dues on mts and have to pay i am attaching and screen shot of the same and just want to say that i have already submitted the dues and please stop harassing me.
