I took MTS netsetter postpaid connection before 6 months .I used to pay the bill without any delay for this 6 months. After some months I changed my stay and in my new house there is no range for MTS, So I called MTS and requested to change my connection from Postpaid to prepaid.I also got a message next day that the request has been activated.
But after 1 month I again got postpaid bill.I called MTS and gave complaint, they told that we should give the ID and photo to MTS store in order to change the connection, that was not told during the first telephonic conversation.Now they gave legal action against me.So I cant able to pay the bill because after I requested to change the connection to prepaid i didn't even connect the netsetter or use the device.Please advice what action i should take
