Mts — MTS Services cancelled but still receiving bills | |||||
I have sent email to cancel my MTS data card no. [protected] on 7th Nov 2015 after speaking to MTS customer executive in which the executive advised to send email with bill copy. I have sent multiple emails since then but has not got any response. I initiated cancellation after 4 days and have not used the services at all but still I am getting bills. Why am I getting a bill and MTS customer care executives calling me to pay the bill. Why should I pay when i have already sent multiple cancellation requests straight after receiving the product as it was not working. Was this information helpful? | |||||
