Mts — MTS Ultra Wifi refund | |||
Hi, My name is Vinod Kmar, I bought MTS Ultra Wi-Fi dongle connection with number [protected] in December 2014. I informed MTS customer care several times that the speed they promised of 9Mbps speed which I'm not receiving but they kept giving silly reasons Then I finally registered a complaint with MTS customer service, complaint no. MAY/1822 on .07/05/2015 They informed their technical team will check on this. On 09/05/2015 I received a call in morning to keep the devise on for 5 hours which I did for 24 hours without switching off. Today 05/10/2015 I received their call but could not attend because I was riding bike. Later I received SMS stating they have closed the complaint. Then I called their customer care, the person informed me that they called me thrice which is false by the way hence they closed the complaint. The customer care person was very rude in his tone and response, also there were no seniors around to speak to me. I want to lodge official complaint against MTS for not keeping their promise of providing 9Mbps speed which I never saw in 6 months o[censored]se. I want them to compensate me Rs.10, 000 for the trouble and aguish I have gone through. Please help me. Was this information helpful? | |||
