Regarding complaint number JUN/2831. I have been following up with the customer care regarding the speed of my wifi data card. After 3 days of followup, I got a call from a customer care representative on 11th June 2015 who was least bothered about the problem I faced. He arrogantly said that the speed what I'm getting will be the maximum speed (0.92 mbps). MTS claims that the speed is upto 8 mbps which we will never get in our life time. The representative was also ready to cancel the connection if I was not satisfied. He did not even bother to clarify the issue or try to get it sorted in the coming days. When I said that I will cancel the connection if the speed does not improve, he siad "Thank you for calling MTS, Have a nice day". This was the only reply I got from your customer care representative.
