I bought a MTS postpaid Datacard on 17th Oct'15. They told that it
will get activated on the same day by evening and executive will come
for the address verification.
But the verification team came on Sunday 18th Oct'15 around 8:00 pm,
by that time I was out of town so I requested him to come on Tuesday
between 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm. I didn't get a proper response for it.
Tuesday I called and asked when they are coming for verification, they
told as 6:00 pm. I patiently waited until 6:15 pm and got no update
form them.
At last, he came at 7:40 pm and questioned me as "why are you not in
the mentioned address" it was as unacceptable behavior of speech from
the verification team.
Below two numbers are playing double game,

MTS Customer support told that, once the verification team verifies
your address proof and collects my photo and signature only then the
datacard will get activated, but still now no activation team came to
collect the proof and signature but today I got a sms at 5:12pm from
YD-HTACTD as your datacard will activated
Without my acknowledgement how can you send sms or how can you activate?
I need a clear explanation of your procedure and also would like to
know is this how you train your employees to verify address in a rude
