Starting from the beginning transaction on 22nd oct was done(mts recharge of Rs 399 twice having transaction id-M90147021a15 & M90147021a14) for which I had posted complaint on 24th oct 2015(complaint no-OCT/8427) for which i had recieved the message that complaint has been resolved.Then we again called up mts customer care and again we got the complaint no(complaint no-NOV/4132 & NOV/4502) and we were assured thatwe would recieve the amount of Rs 798 by 23rd Nov 2015 by 3:00Pm.But we didnt receive any payment.Again of 23rd Nov 2015 at 6:00Pm i contacted the mts customer care and they told me that i would be contacted by the Senior Executive ()who assured that payment would be provided within 12 working hrs.But till date its been one month and above we didnt receive any payment.
Please look for this issue as soon as possible as the MTS executives issue only the complaints but they dont resolve it
