Hi
I got new data card connection from MTS and i am getting messages from them to pay amount,
But i didn't received the bill and i paid the amount, still now am waiting for that
Sending so many mail to MTS but am getting only acknowledge receipt and no response from them.
I am feeling very bad and planning cancel my connection

So for i didn't recved my hard copy bill and it's very bad experience with MTS.
i got message from MTS it say's my problem was solved
complained no - MAR/4900.
without solving consumer issue how can MTS close the complained
