I have been complaing for a month now about me not getting any speed and i cant even access my emails. Have made several complaints to different advisors in the customer care, promsied call backs everytime but only received call back once and the guy called back did not understand a simple query that my internet connection does not have any speed and after keeping me on hold for 15-20 mins he said he will arrange another call back which never happend. I have intentionally not paid my bill for this month because i want my issue to be resolved. Also, for this month i am not paying my bill since i have not at all used my internet (Because obviously no speed).
I am now receiving calls asking for payments but no one seems to understand my issue and no one is ready to help in resolving my query rather all they want is the bill to be paid.
