My MTS number is [protected]. I lost my MTS card almost a year ago . I immediately reached the customer support asked them to disconnect and also informed I paid all pending bills. The customer support agent told they cannot deactivate the account and I need to talk to the franchisee company who sold the card. I told I have no idea it is sold via franchise and I don't have any contact. She told sine u lost the card u will be not receiving bills as it depends on the usage. So you can just ignore n the account will be closed. Now it's been a year I have been getting all kind of mails calls messages every now and then . Why should I be responsible when I was misguided by the MTS customer support . Although I paid till my last usage I got bills.
