Hi Sir/Madam,
I am Karl Marx K, I am holding MTS number [protected]. I tried to pay Rs 2023 on 30-Mar-2015 via Net banking, transaction was not successful and got failure message.
On next day(31-Mar-2015), I have received an email from MTS with below mentioned content.
"We would like to bring it to your notice that the online payment made towards your MTS bill of Rs. 2023.00 for [protected] on 30/03/2015 has not been successful from your bank.
The deducted amount will be refunded to your respective bank account within 7 working days from the date of failed transaction. "
Still I have not received this amount to my bank account. 3 Months and 23 days completed from the date of transaction. I have called customer care several times and I am following up with customer care email id [protected]@mtsindia.in . every time MTS gives me new reference number for my follow up email. I have also mentioned this in the email which I sent to [protected]@mtsindia.in .
Recently I have called customer care number and informed about this, they told me that they will call me in 2 days on my registered phone number with an update. 2 weeks have gone but I am yet to receive phone call from MTS.
My latest reference number for MTS complaint is 5153585. Please help me to get the amount back to my account.
