Mts — Poor Network and not keeping promise of refunding | |||
From the day of purchasing the MTS data card, I don't get network speed greater than 250 Kbps. On the 3rd day of purchasing i registered the complaint and the technician was keeping on checking for the solution till the first month bill got generated and most of the data were spent by the technicians for the network speed check up. Now the first month bill has been generated and MTS is not willing to refund the amount paid.
