Mts — Poor Services of Provider | |||
Hello Sir/ma'am, I have purchased a MTS connection 3 months back. at the time of purchase they told me that the speed will be upto 2mbps to 4mbps, but in real the speed is 2kbps and sometimes much more slow... i paid the bill for first month but during the 2nd month the speed was the same when i caleed to the customer helpdesk no. they told me that there is no such service activated by the de-activation of thaty service they can increase the speed. After that whenever i tried to call the helpdesk as well as the person who was available at the time of purchase, they did not responded to my calls. Now, they are asking me to pay Rs.2171 which is totally unfair. My plan was for 20GB and due to thar slow speed i have not used 2GB even. Then, why should i pay this much amount to them? Now, who so ever is calling me from their end is using abusive language and I am not going to bear all this... Please resolve this query... Thanks! Kusum Was this information helpful? | |||
