Mts — Postpaid internet plan deactivation | |||||
I contacted customer care to deactivate my mts postpaid internet connection due to relocation from chennai. They tried to give some offers but due to unavoidable reasons i had to disconnect my connection. They raised the deactivation request and when i asked about the advance money i paid when buying the connection they said that will send dd to the address from where i am going to move out. When i requested to send the dd to the new address, the customer care said that it is not possible. Until they were explaining offers the guy who spoke was good, but after the deactivation request and i asked about the advance money the way he was dealing with me was not fair. I requested that i will not be available there, so it may go to other person and please send me to the address which i provide, but he said its not possible. I asked to transfer the call to higher manager where i can raise my concern, he replied there is no such person. Really the customer service of mts is very poor. Not sure how can i collect the dd where i will not be available when they deliver it. If there is a reason they can choose as relocation when deactivating, its fair for them to send the advance money as dd to the new address. Its obvious if i relocated i will not be available in that address and they don't bother whether the money reach the right hands. Very poor service. Expecting some action regarding it.
