Hi, I ordered a MTS wifi modem online. After few days one guy called me (Mob number - [protected]) and told that he will send another guy for delivering modem, the next day[protected] one guy came (mob number - [protected]) and collected ID proof and given modem, he taken Rs.[protected] for modem, 100 for charger and 100 as service charge) for the same and given a box, I checked the box in front of the guy, and there was no charger in the box as they offered for that much money. I asked that guy about that, and he told me that he will send the charger by courier. Its almost 1.5 months gone, I called him few times, he is telling he will come, but he is not coming. Please help me to get the charger or my money back.
