I use a prepaid MTS Dongle purely for internet data over laptop. The dongle has no sim either. I recharged online on 16.2.2015, Monday for Rs. 500. The data was transferred to my main balance. What is this main balance? If it is a sim based, then, this 500 amount can be used for other calls. When this data is applicable for internet usage, why is there a need of main balance? My net got over within a week, with an intimation that, my balance is low. So, I recharged once again with MTS as per the customer executive's directions for Rs. 499 5GB for 30 days. It's been more than hours, that I still haven't recieved my net balance. How long will it take? Wanted to know, if MTS is a dead slow poor service towards a customer? I have my project submissions tomorrow. Planning this, I recharged last week. I'm in need of internet data now. What do I do? I have complained 3 times to the website at MTS over net, called twice.
